David W. Thompson, President and Chief Executive Officer - ​Mr. Thompson co-founded Orbital ATK’s predecessor, Orbital Sciences Corp., in 1982. Before co-founding Orbital, Thompson was special assistant to the president of Hughes Aircraft Company’s Missile Systems Group and was a project manager and engineer on advanced rocket engines at NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center. Thompson received a B.S. in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a M.S. in Aeronautics from California Institute of Technology (Caltech), and a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Blake E. Larson, Chief Operating Officer - Mr. Larson previously served as senior vice president of ATK and president, ATK Aerospace Group. Larson has held a number of management positions in systems engineering, electrical design, software design and test, and system test equipment during his 33-year career with Honeywell and ATK. Larson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Minnesota Institute of Technology. Garrett E. Pierce, Chief Financial Officer -  Mr. Pierce currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Orbital ATK. Previously, he joined Orbital Sciences Corp. in 2000 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In 2002, his position was elevated to Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer. He also served as a member of Orbital's Board of Directors. Pierce's previous experience includes serving in several executive level positions with companies across the country. Antonio L. Elias, Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Officer - Dr. Elias was named Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of Orbital Sciences Corp., in 2012, and currently holds this position with Orbital ATK. Previously, he was Executive Vice President and General Manager of Orbital's Advanced Programs Group, which he led since its inception in 1997. Earlier, he served as Orbital's Chief Technical Officer from 1996 to 1997 and as Corporate Senior Vice President from 1992 to 1996. In 1989, Elias was named Orbital's first Vice President for Engineering. Elias came to Orbital from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he held various teaching and research positions. Elias holds B.S., M.S., E.A.A. and Ph.D. degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Thomas E. McCabe, Senior Vice President and General Counsel - Mr. McCabe joined Orbital Sciences Corp., in January 2014 as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, the position he holds with Orbital ATK today. McCabe has over 30 years of legal and business experience, serving in executive level positions at various technology companies including Alion Science and Technology Corporation, Braintech, Inc., XM Satellite Radio, MicroBanx Systems, COBIS Corporation, and GRC International, Inc. Edward M. Fortunato, Senior Vice President, Government Relations - Mr. Fortunato joined Orbital ATK as Senior Vice President for Government Relations in December 2014. Prior to joining Orbital ATK, he was an executive in Honeywell’s global government relations and led Washington operations for the Honeywell and Pratt & Whitney, Advanced Turbine Engine Company joint venture. He served in the United States Army in numerous command, staff and program positions, including the Secretary of the Army’s representative to the U.S. Congress for Aviation programs. Christine A. Wolf, Senior Vice President of Human Resources - Prior to her current role with Orbital ATK, Ms. Wolf joined ATK in March 2011 as Senior Vice President Human Resources. She previously served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Fannie Mae, where she was responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of human resources. Her experience also includes managing a global team of HR professionals at E*Trade, and HR roles in telecommunications and consulting. Flight Systems Group

Scott Lehr, Executive Vice President and President, Flight Systems Group - Mr. Lehr has 30 years of experience in the propulsion and space industry. Previously, he was the vice president and general manager of Orbital ATK’s Defense & Commercial Systems. In this role, he was responsible for strategic and missile defense propulsion programs including Trident II (D-5), Minuteman III Propulsion Replacement Program (PRP), Ground Based Midcourse Defense and missile defense targets. Lehr was also responsible for commercial propulsion programs for a number of launch vehicles including Atlas V, Delta II, Delta IV, Antares, Pegasus and Minotaur. Throughout his career, Lehr has held leadership positions in engineering, program management and operations. Michael A. Kahn, Executive Vice President and President, Defense Systems Group - Before assuming his current role with Orbital ATK, Mr. Kahn served as Senior Vice President and President of ATK's Defense Group. Kahn joined ATK in 1988 where he held multiple senior leadership positions with responsibilities for overall management of defense, space, strategic and commercial system businesses and related operations. Kahn has extensive background across the aerospace and defense sectors. Space Systems Group

Frank L. Culbertson, Executive Vice President and President, Space Systems Group - Prior to his current position with Orbital ATK, Mr. Culbertson served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Advanced Programs Group at the Orbital Sciences Corp. Prior to joining Orbital, Mr. Culbertson was a Senior Vice President at SAIC, following an eighteen-year career as a NASA astronaut. He has flown three space missions and logged over 144 days in space as shuttle commander, pilot, and station crewmember. Mr. Culbertson also held several key management positions within NASA. Mr. Culbertson is a 1971 graduate of the US Naval Academy at Annapolis. He was a naval aviator, a fighter pilot, and a test pilot, and he retired from the Navy as a Captain in 1997. Full Profile (PDF)
